What are the advantages of becoming a monthly donor?
Donating on a monthly basis not only helps us to have an everlasting impact on the lives of children but also schedules our activities at the grassroots level in a more efficient way. Auto-recurring monthly donations aim in reducing the costs incurred to reach out to you.

Are Donations To LYCEE Tax Exempted?
Yes, all donations made to LYCEE are tax exempted. You can further notice the benefits in your tax return.
How will I get a tax exemption certificate for my donation?
Lycee sends your donation receipt either by email or to your address. This receipt is eligible for tax exemption and can be shared with the Income Tax authorities. In of an email ID or your address, please contact us with the updated details.
How secure are my online donation transactions?
Lycee has stringent security measures in place that protects your critically sensitive information, such as personal information and credit/debit card details, etc. These measures include:
Encrypting all your personal information before being transmitted over the Internet. This guarantees that your information is inaccessible to any third party.
What are the ways to donate in LYCEE?
If you’d like to donate offline, you can do that in the following ways:
Cheques/Demand Drafts: You can either send these to us directly or contact us for a pickup.
Telephone: Call us on (+91) 74496 94774 and use our secure IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) to donate using your credit card.
What are the Benefits of Registration under 80G and 12A?
- A donor can avail of a deduction from their Taxable Income
- Attracts the donor to donate
- Getting an 80G Registration also facilitates seeking Foreign Contribution
- Only an NGO with 12A and 80G registration is eligible for Government Funding
- As a Trust, 80G Registration gives your NGO a promising prospect enhancing its goodwill and the confidence of those associated with your brand LYCEE
What Documents are required to Claim tax deduction under Section 80G?
Receipt: To claim deduction u/s 80G, you need a receipt of donation to back your claim. The receipt should provide details like Name, Address, PAN, registration number of the trust & the name of the donor as well as the amount of donation and mode of payment. If donation falls under 100?duction category, then Form 58 is a must. The donor should also insist on Form 58 from trust.Form 58 provides details related to the cost of the project, an authorized amount for the project etc. If you do not have Form 58, your deduction claim can be rejected irrespective of the receipt.
Registration No. of Trust on Receipt: Every trust registered with IT department u/s 80G has a Registration Number. It is mandatory to mention that number on the receipt. This registration is valid for a limited period only . Hence, the receipt must mention the registration number as well as the validity period.
Photocopy of 80G certificate: While getting a receipt, you should insist for a photocopy of trust’s 80G registration certificate.
