LYCEE is a non - profit organization that began its primary journey in Kolkata with a very optimum number of students to stimulate the flow of English language proficiency in middle - class children . Still , within no time , it became a most sought school where 50,000 and more students were provided with education up to XII standard in 49 years . The school is affiliated with the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education ( W.B.B.B.S.E. ) and the West Bengal Council of Higher Sec ondary Education ( W.B.C.S.H.E. ) and , until now , has excelled in academics and other fields of learning . The focus of the lessee is providing elementary educa tion , health , and medicinal provisions to the unfortunate with poverty .
